Why me.

What you get when you put me on your crew.

Easy to train

Show me once, I'll own it

I've learned forklifts, rotators, zoom booms, Bobcats, CNC saws and air-brake trucks. Picking up a new machine and getting it right is my favourite part of any job.

Dependable

The route gets done

I run the company's busiest route, with a clean driving record and no product damage. When I say a load will be there, it's there.

Self-sufficient

No helper needed

I load, secure and unload on my own, and I do my own daily inspections. Send me out and the job comes back finished.

Mechanically minded

I fix what breaks

I can troubleshoot equipment, rewire forklift electrical and build what the job is missing. I take care of the gear like it's my own.

Projects.

What I work on after the truck is parked.

01
Fabrication

500L auxiliary fuel system

Long routes across Ontario meant losing time to fuel stops, so I designed and built a custom 500-litre auxiliary fuel system for the van. More range, less downtime.

02
Homelab

A media server for my people

I built and run a Jellyfin server on my own domain so the people who matter most to me can stream for free and cut a few subscriptions off their monthly bills. It also keeps old favourites the streaming services dropped easy to find and watch. I built it with my college network admin training, and next I'm moving it to Linux and Docker.

03
Vinyl · In the works

LeftLaneLegend film kits

The goal: a LeftLaneLegend line of decals, tints and protection film, cut to fit car models across the road and ready to apply straight out of the package. No knife ever touches your paint. Today it's a logo, a plan and templates tested on my own 2022 Kia Forte. Over the next decade I want to grow it into a name drivers look for when they want their car done right.

04
Up next

My next machine

I'm looking for a company that will give me the chance to learn a new machine or vehicle. I've gone from forklifts to CNC saws to DZ trucks, and nothing beats the feeling of mastering something new. Give me the keys and some time, and I'll learn it inside and out.
